Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days, 5 at the most unless a new-in-box item is backordered, in which case we will ensure you are aware of the expected wait time.
All items are insured against shipping loss or damage. If your item arrives damaged, or does not come at all, please let us know right away and keep all original packing, including your tracking information.
Because we are a Canadian company who ships to the US as well as Canada, we cannot determine custom taxes when entering your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
All new items are covered by a full manufacturers warranty. In most cases the item can be returned or exchanged by Cakco Drums. This warranty does not cover abuse, or misuse of an item.
Used gear is covered by a 30 day warranty. This does not cover consumable items such as sticks and heads, or damaged cymbals.
In the case that your item requires warranty or return, contact Cakco Drums. You will be given instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to Cakco Drums. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion once we determine the condition of the faulty product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
In order to house our growing used inventory, most new-in-box items are stocked at our supplier's warehouse. They can be ordered-in in about a week.
All new-in-box items are 13% taxable.
All second-hand items are tax included.
