What Is Consignment?

Consignment is essentially us selling your drum stuff for you, in return for a 30% commission when it sells. Consignment will make you more money then selling outright to us, but you must wait until it sells to get paid.

Why Don't I Just Sell It Myself?

When we sell an item for you, we will not only advertise the product on our web-site, Kijiji, and Craigslist, but we take the time to clean the item(s), as well as take professional looking photos to sell your item as quickly as possible. We also offer the option of advertising on eBay, which can be more rewarding for rare or vintage items, however we deduct any eBay fees from your final cut.

Alright, How Do I Go About This?

If you are interested in putting your drum kit, cymbal, or gear up for consignment, please fill in the form below, and we will get back to you with an assessment.

We only accept products that perform and sound like new. Any damage or missing parts should be photographed and described accurately, to save both our time and yours. As Cakco Drums is in it's early stages, we do not yet have the resources to repair or replace many parts, so we will deduct any parts costs from the final percentage price paid to you.

If we reply with an approval, we can arrange a time for either you to bring it to us, or for us to pick up (generally only locally). We will then do a final inspection before taking the product for consignment.
